Consolidated Insurance Brokers is a Brisbane and Bundaberg based insurance brokerage. We have held our own licence since 2010, and we look after clients in every state, by phone and video.

We work with commercial building owners, commercial landlords, SMSFs holding commercial property, portfolio investors and owner-occupier business owners.

We compare insurers rather than sell one. We read the wording, we look at what the building would actually cost to rebuild, and we build the cover around that. On commercial buildings we commission a desktop building replacement valuation at no cost to you, and we run more than 1,200 roof condition checks a year for clients. We are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be. The value of a broker is realised at claim time, not at purchase.

When something happens, we run the claim. Clients deal with their own account manager and we argue the position with the insurer on their behalf.
We disclose our commission on every invoice and have done since we started in 2010. We charge a broker fee, in addition to or in place of insurer commission, for the professional service we provide and the accountability we take on in providing it.
