Hello Kamil, This is the third time we have responded to reviews you threatened to leave if a refund was not issued while you were still in possession of the machine. As previously stated, the Gaggia Magenta Milk is known globally for its reliability. You have brought the machine in twice per the below. You first brought the machine into us in October citing a leak. Despite bench testing for several days, we were unable to find a leak but did conduct a free descale and service to the unit regardless. You then refused to pick the machine up for several weeks. You have most recently brought the machine in with a grinder issue, stating error code ‘02’, which as mentioned in store means there is a foreign body within the grinder. This is not a fault of the machine or us, but potentially from the coffee beans used. We have since discovered that a rock was put through the grinder. As I’m sure you can appreciate, this is not something we control as the beans used are the customer’s choice. Regardless of how reliable a machine is, if you put a rock through the grinder, it will not work. As explained, the less than two week wait to bring your machine in occurred because our staff were on their well-deserved holidays. You were not told not to "bother us", we simply exlpained our holiday period like any other business. Our staff work incredibly hard all year and like everyone else, deserve to spend the short Christmas period with their families. We apologize that this inconvenienced you, however the warranty was still fully honoured.
