Ordered online from them, decided I no longer wanted the product and was willing to follow policy to get it back. Was told I'd receive it in December, then end of January and now its May and the company no longer trades. Customer service left a lot to be desired and I'm awaiting my £176 GBP

Scammers. They actively took preorders for products that had never been confirmed as being re-produced, and then gave no refunds, even when the business ceased trading. If you lost money, contact the Department of Fair Trading and/or Consumer Affairs Victoria, and see if your bank can pursue a chargeback against them. Good luck.
