S & S Gorman Pty Ltd was established by Steve and Steph Gorman in 1993 and began operating as Albany Plant & Equipment Hire. In 2006, a change of name to Coastal Cranes Albany was initiated to reflect our core business operation. The premises of Coastal Cranes is located at 21 Stirling Street in Albany, Western Australia. We are a simple structured organization; our company is owned and operated by locally based management and staff. The company owner is also the Managing Director and is available to speak to at all hours, whereby decisions can be made and implemented promptly. Management coordinates work directly with employees to assure clients’ requirements are met. Coastal Cranes’ long term commitment to the Great Southern community is proven by our investment in the company’s base in Albany. The support of the local community has in turn enabled CCA to provide a modern fleet of cranes. Coastal Cranes provides on the job training and employment for a number of local people within our business and also offers ongoing support to other local businesses. We are passionate about crane hire, Albany, its people and its growth. Coastal Cranes provides support to various local sporting and community groups in the Great Southern. Coastal Cranes is proud to be involved with the annual Albany Classic Car Race, by way of providing free crane hire, operators and riggers. CCA also provides sponsorship to the annual Albany Golf Club Hospice Day and local sporting groups.
