Filthy dirty the place is run down the owner is a slumlord hasn't done any maintenance on the place for years communal areas rarely get cleaned

Must be the best value in Brisbane. Lots of supports eg visiting doctor who bulk bills, nurse visits, free bus every 20 minutes to queen street mall, lots of vans.

Been here 12 years. The owners never raise rent for existing tenants. Some have been here years longer.

Very budget facilities but you have good value for what you pay for. Not spotlessly clean but you get more than what you pay for.

Filthy dirty communal toilets and bathrooms; nothing provided to clean them with oneself. No heating, no cooling, no kitchen facilities. Room furniture: basic bed, no blankets, no place for clothes. A bar fridge (for the alcoholics who live there ?); room smaller than a prison cell and never cleaned during the week by anyone, or at least no one has been observed cleaning anything. Basically slum landlord territory and residents complain at their peril.
