We manage the whole construction process right from the design to completion, giving clients just one point of call for the whole project. We manage the entire process for our clients, including getting development and building approval from the local council. We even complete the final council inspections and sign-off for them while keeping them informed throughout the entire process. This frees up their valuable time to focus on their business or investments knowing their construction is been looked after.

We also focus on minimising the construction costs by taking control or the process right from the beginning include the building design and material selection. By doing this we make sure the building has been designed so that it can be built cost-effectively with the right materials while still giving the client the results they’re looking for and saving thousands of dollars.
And we make sure your proposal and pricing includes everything required to get your project completed on a fixed price lump sum contract. There are no surprises, we inform you of any possible additional costs prior to signing your agreement. Sometimes you may need to make changes and if there are any cost implications, the price is agreed upfront before any extra work is started.
