Terrible customer service

I came to this store to buy a home brew kit as a gift and knew next to nothing about what equipment was required. After enquiring as to the range of products available, I was treated rudely and extremely abruptly, while my attempts to clarify what I needed to buy were greeted with sharp remarks and sarcasm. It would seem that being courteous and providing advice is far beyond the call of duty in this store. Appalling behaviour towards a would-be customer, who will now be sure to never return.
