Hello! I’m Cassandra Austin, a Certified Chef, food and wellness specialist, passionate about helping people to achieve their goals.

I’ve got 35 years of culinary learning experience under my apron. During this time, I’ve worked with some incredible people that have taught me so much. As such, I have also spent part of my career teaching a new generation of chefs and culinary students too.

Today, I am an established and classically trained Chef with extra qualifications in Diet and Nutrition, Food and Wellness, Food Psychology and Kitchen Medicine. I love to learn and stay relevant. In order to do so, I have also attained as a Diploma of Hospitality Management and a Diploma of Business and Vet Training.

My practical experience includes commercial cookery and hospitality trainer, food consulting, food ambassador, recipe developer, tester, chef, owner of my own restaurant and an industry role model.
