I went in person to the store with plans in hand to obtain a quotation. I was served by a polite and attentive Manager who took all the details and said he would send me a quote by email. I rang him that afternoon to check that he had the correct email address as I had not received the quote. I was informed that he was very busy but the quote would be forthcoming. Two weeks have elapsed and I am yet to receive that elusive quote. If this is an indication of the level of service then I am pleased that they have ruled themselves out.
