A local resident herself, Carol-Ann Kennedy is synonymous with Property Management having served both Landlords and Tenants under Norm Alexander for more than 10 years, thus making her the longest serving Property Manager in the area. Now Norm has retired and Carol-Ann has taken over the business herself, her office philosophy continues as that of a more personalised attitude of mutual understanding of clients' needs and the ability to professionally service them in the utmost cost effective and timely fashion. Some of Carol-Ann's present Tenants and Landlords have been clients of hers for most, if not all of her years in the area. This alone is testimony as to her more than satisfactory approach to her clients.
