Donna has worked across both private and public sector organisations over a career spanning almost 30 years, 15 years of which were in human resource management, shaping and guiding the careers of employees. Having interviewed thousands of candidates Donna has an understanding of what employers look for and how candidates can maximise their success in the job market. Her contributions have played a critical role in the success of a large number of technical employees transitioning to leadership positions and managers becoming more effective leaders.
