I don't know why there are so many good reviews but this is my experience. I quoted from a lot of curtain cleaners and they do not do dry cleaning which was my preferred choice so I took on this last company for steam cleaning. Issues: 1. Types of service: I chatted online and asked for dry cleaning. The rep said no and talk me into steam cleaning. Then I was like OK, since I have asked for so many company that doesn't do it, then I mind as well just do steam cleaning. I ask again whether they take it off and do it elsewhere, they say their company doesn't do it. I was like, it's on your website saying you do that service. OK, once again he said no, then I was like OK, they need to do it here. 2. I ask for a quote of the cleaning because I wanted to know the estimate. He said $60 per curtain which I have three but I said to the rep, it's so different with the other company I quoted so I sent him a photo of my curtains and also the dimensions. So he come back and say $250 both sides. Ok deal, bookings made. 3. Technician: Technician, Ron, came and looked at my curtain, and said no, the price for cleaning is $500. I was like it's double of what your company has quoted, he started to make excuse saying it's not the normal size, I was like I gave your representative the dimensions and then he said, the block out was too heavy and will use a lot of effort to clean. OK this excuse I accept so I ask him to proceed thinking he will do it on the spot because he already came. He then say no, it's too heavy, we need to bring in to our warehouse. I was like, I asked your rep, and he said no such service? The technician again gave the excuse saying the rep is new so he might not know. Well, if I knew, I could have arrange for something else or staying with my friend. So I have to get him to take it out to wash it their warehouse. I asked how long because I can't live in my bedroom because my bedroom is basically all windows. No one can sleep in without curtains as it will be too bright. He promised to bring it back 3 days, I told him that 3 days later is the only time I am at home, could he promise that he can bring back the curtains without having me pay the $60 express fee . Honestly I think he should really just give it to me for free because his company quoted $250 and ended up paying $500. Anyway, he promised so I say OK, I don't want to spend another $60 because it's already over my budget. 4. delivery / promise: Technician did not come back 3 days later and when I ring him, he did not answer. I have to ring his office and complain that his technician doesn't pick up the phone. Finally he send me a text and say no, he can't bring the curtains back because it's raining today. I was like, I gave him 3 days ago, don't tell me one day of rain could cause the curtains not being able to dry. I was pissed because that's the only time I told him I would be at home. A promise is a promise. Anyway so I ask him again, could he come in the morning 7am before I go to work. He said OK but he could not hang the curtains for me. I was like what do you mean? He said we don't do that service. So why can't he tell me before taking it down. So first, no customer service because they can come up with any price, no promises because they promise something but cannot fulfil and no after sales service because they need me to rehang my curtain but doesn't even tell. Suit yourself whether you want to use them but I definitely won't use them anymore. But the only good thing is, the technician is always punctual. He came right on time for my first appointment and when I told him to come 7am, he did arrive on time. Guess that's a plus but apart from that, I won't use them anymore.

Good Services. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. My old curtain looks like it just came out of the factory! Thank you guys for the awesome service! Will definitely use it for our exit clean! Thanks again!
