Foundation Entertainment Group Pty Limited owns the Sydney Lyric and Capitol Theatre. In 1995 Capitol Theatre Management Pty Limited completed the restoration of the Capitol Theatre and became the custodian of this wonderful Sydney icon for the next one hundred years. In May 2009, Capitol Theatre Management Pty Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of Foundation Entertainment Group Limited. Foundation Entertainment Group’s key personnel are: Stephen Found - Managing Director Stephen is the owner of Foundation Entertainment Group Limited. Previously the founder of Bytecraft Entertainment Pty Limited, Stephen has worked as a supplier to the theatre industry in Australia for more than 30 years. With a keen interest in the entertainment industry, Stephen’s objective is to support the vibrant and successful theatre industry in Australia. Durham Ritchie - Director With more than 30 years of experience behind the stage, Durham brings a wealth of technical experience to the theatre. Durham has worked with the majority of Australia’s producers and promoters in the theatrical, concert and touring arenas. Graeme Kearns - General Manager Prior to joining Foundation Entertainment Group, Graeme was Commercial Director of one of the world’s largest event production and staging companies. Graeme’s primary role is in the management of theatre operations and programming. Paul Rigby - Deputy General Manager Paul has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years, his experience spans not only from theatre but also to corporate and special events, concert touring and major ceremonies.
