Cape to Cairo is Western Australia's largest importer, wholesaler and retailer of southern Africa's favourite delicacies, foods, brands and products. Our Biltong, Jerky and Droëwors (dry sausage) are made to traditional South African recipes: mildly spiced, with rich meaty flavours. As any southern African worth their (braai) salt will tell you Boerewors, a well-matured Steak, some Sosaties and marinated Ribs – not to mention rugby and sunny skies - are the essentials of a great African braai. Add tangy potato salad, a Milk Tart and some Koeksisters, along with a couple mates to share it with, and you've got a recipe for a delicious, fun-filled feast!
