Canberra Knife Sharpening is run by Lachlan from a home workshop in Duffy, ACT. Every knife is sharpened using a water-cooled Tormek T8 system, then finished and checked before collection.
Western and Japanese kitchen knives are $15 each, with no minimum order and standard 24-hour turnaround. Chips, damaged edges and broken tips are assessed and quoted before extra work begins. Selected garden tools may be accepted by arrangement; scissors are not currently offered.
Customers drop off and collect in Duffy by appointment. This is not a mobile sharpening service or a walk-in shop. Book through the website, call or text to arrange a convenient time. The exact address is confirmed with your booking. Cash payment on collection.
