To the owners of the Wilsonton Caltex. I went to fill my car with diesel this morning 11.1.17. Followed the instructions on the pump then waited for the operator to start the pump. But J**** the operator was to busy on the phone to his mate. I could tell it was a social call as he had it on loud speaker and was talking very loudly. I attempted to get his attention with this he did a lifting action with his hand while still on the phone to his mate. I pushed the lever down again and then lifted it back up and then waited again. J**** then served two other customers while still on the phone to his mate. I then got his attention after these two customers had been served. With him still on the phone I heard him clearly say to his mate. I have to go this DICKHEAD doesn't know how to operate a pump. As he came out told him I didn't appreciate being called a dickhead. Which he said I was just talking to my mate. When some gets caught out like this the least you could do would be apologize. The service from J**** is disgusting. As I spend around $10,000 to $15,000 on fuel per year it will never be with Wilsonton Caltex again.
