Description
Calmbirth is a childbirth education program that was developed to re-educate and re-empower women about the natural process of birth. Calmbirth strives to educate women and their partners about the amazing abilities of their bodies to give birth. Through this education comes a trust and a faith in their bodies allowing for an amazing birth experience. We believe that when we learn how to embrace birth as a natural part of life & not fear it, then the way we experience and talk about birth will positively affect future generations.
