Only gave one star because I had to otherwise couldn't post a review! Exceptionally poor standard of cleaning, two weeks later still trying to get exit clean finalised, basic exit clean standard far from acceptable with very obvious tasks incomplete and promised refund not given. Did not check residence prior to attending and argued outside windows could not be cleaned as they were too high, did not do the windows they could reach, emptied filthy carpet cleaning water from their van down the driveway, the list goes on and on. We're incredibly frustrated, unhappy and about to go to consumer affairs. Almost $1000 taken for this job BEFORE completing. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - daylight robbery!
