Craig’s clientele consisted mainly of individuals and families in the North Eastern suburbs. To better reflect the growth in his business, Craig changed the name to C. R. (Craig’s Auto Repairs) Mechanical Services Pty Ltd in 1999. During 2003 Craig expanded the business to accommodate various businesses across the greater metropolitan area along with the introduction of services to numerous fleet companies. In 2007 Craig added a further facet to his business with the introduction of a detailing service and a further name change to C. R. Mechanical & Detailing Services. This change made way for not only general vehicle detailing but also truck & large machinery detailing. Craig’s goal of providing his customers with a one stop service centre was finally realised in July 2009 when he opened his fully equipped workshop at 21 Golden Grove Road, Ridgehaven to complement the mobile facility already established.
