Buyers Collective is a buyers agency in New Farm, Brisbane. We are buyers agents, also known as buyers advocates, and we represent buyers across the Brisbane and Gold Coast property markets.

Most buyers face a real estate agent who negotiates for a living. We are the counterforce, engaged and paid by the buyer, so there is only ever one interest behind our advice. We have purchased over $100 million worth of property for owner-occupiers, investors and developers.

Three ways to work with us: full property search and acquisition, with off-market access, suburb research, inspections, negotiation and contract management through to settlement; negotiation only, if you have already found the property; and professional auction bidding.
