Buyers Collective is more than a buyer’s agency — we are experienced property people representing buyers.

What sets us apart is genuine, hands-on experience. Before becoming buyer’s agents, we were personally buying, renovating, investing in and developing property. We understand what it feels like to have our own money on the line, to assess whether a property represents genuine value, to uncover hidden potential and, just as importantly, to recognise when the risks outweigh the opportunity.

Today, we use that experience to represent our clients across South East Queensland, assisting with everything from apartments and family homes to lifestyle properties, investments and multimillion-dollar development sites.

We work exclusively for the buyer. Our role is to search for the right property, uncover on-market and off-market opportunities, inspect and research properties, analyse comparable sales, identify potential risks, conduct due diligence and negotiate strongly on our client’s behalf.

But what we believe truly makes Buyers Collective different is the way we care for the people we represent.

We pride ourselves on being, ethical, honest and transparent. Our client’s interests come first, and we are never interested in encouraging someone to purchase a property simply to complete a transaction. If we believe a property is overpriced, has risks that concern us or simply isn’t right for our buyer, we will say so.
