Bruce (Alias) in this team is rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. Their professionalism is also questionable since they clearly misplaced my property purchasing contract's additional conditions and amendments. When come to asking them to search for the hardcopy of these important amendments, he choose to deflect the question by simply replying "I didn't see it". His unwillingness is very disappointing, but this team is consistently suggested and promoted by other Chinese property developers, clearly, there's some potential conflict of interest hidden under the table.
