Burtol Dry Cleaners, Claremont, WA

I recently took a brand new pristine white scanlan and theodore top to this dry cleaners after wearing it once. There were no marks on it I just wanted it cleaned after wearing it on a rather hot day and the label said dry clean only. Upon collecting the top i got it home and noticed it was now pink! I immediately returned it and the lady said she would re clean it and alert her collegue. I later received a call from said collegue "suzie" claiming that it was not her fault as all the other garments in the wash came out white and that it was the manufacturers fault. The fact that she admitted noticing it was pink yet failed to say anything, waiting until I pointed it out, admits fault to me. So it was recleaned yet still remained pink. I was then told to return it to scanlan and theodore, which I did and as I suspected they did not agree it was their fault as they have sold many items in this fabric with no issues or complaints. So upon returning to the dry cleaners I was yelled at and told that it was not their fault and I shouldn't complain as I only paid $13 to have it cleaned!!! I was then told that they would call scanland and theodore for me but would charge me for their time! I am absolutely disguste by their treatment of me and being yelled at and blamed is never acceptable. I will be taking this further with the department of consumer protection as from other reviews I can see this is not the first time they have treated customers like this. I will never return and I will be telling everyone I know about my bad experience.

This dry cleaners did not cover the buckles on my trenchcoat, returned it with disintegrated buckles - meaning it is now unwearable - have taken no responsibility and then screamed and swore at me when I called to complain. I will NEVER use them again and will share my experience with as many people as possible. Customer service does not include having an item ruined without apology and being sworn at. A horrible experience.
