Burgies in Hoppers Crossing is known for its friendly staff and delicious food, particularly the LAVA burger and milkshakes. Some customers praise the kid-friendliness with a play area for children. The Halal certification is a bonus for some. However, there have been complaints about the quality of some meals, such as thin patties, lack of sauce, or disappointing portion sizes. The seating area and service have also been criticized for being loud or uninviting in some instances. Overall, the positive experiences outweigh the negative ones.
