The cost of buying a car is the same as a new car here would not recommend

Not happy with the car I bought when driving it, it was rolling down hills, and the accelerator was not working well. When getting it registered the mechanic said there's something obviously wrong with the car and it needs to be scanned. This dealership did not want to pay for the scan. I got it into another dealership and they said there was something wrong with the engine, the break was a soft break, the engine needed to be looked at, and the codes needed to be checked. Contacted the dealer and they did not want to pay for the scan of the car, The car's navigator also is not up to date it took me to the back highway land when driving it home and gave me late notifications for things and places I have already passed. Had it checked by Mg they fixed my code issue and charged me 165. The car still rolls but the slowing down has not stopped, the accelerator is very bad still takes a few pressed for it to go.
