Brisbane Airbnb Management provides full-service Airbnb and short stay management for property owners across inner Brisbane.
The business was founded in 2025 by Cameron Tupper, who brings more than 20 years of Queensland property management experience and holds Queensland Real Estate Licence 4912167. Every property is personally overseen by Cameron: one accountable local manager, backed by the national Oasis Stay platform.
What we handle for owners:
Interior styling and setup. Professional photography and listing creation. Dynamic pricing and revenue management. Guest screening and concierge. Five star housekeeping and linen. Maintenance and asset care. 24/7 guest support. Transparent owner reporting through a dedicated portal.
Properties are listed across Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com with synchronised calendars, and priced nightly using live market data.
We charge one simple fee of 18% + GST on owner revenue, with no lock-in contracts.
Owners stay because it works, not because a contract says so.
