I came across this family run business several months ago, when looking to have my mothers car fitted with new tyres all round. They are extremely helpful and were very obliging in assisting with other issues of concern on mums car. I have since taken one of our cars there for a full set of tyres as they were not gripping well in the wet. In this instance we shopped around and these guys were very fair, and you don't feel you are having the wool pulled over your eyes. They are very helpful,courteous and simple concerns aren't dismissed, rather taken on with very proffessional responses that let you know that they will definitely Suss things out. My last visit today was over a very annoying minor uneasy ride that I knew was not how the car road when I first bought it new. I had this issue from20000km. Now at 38,000kms and Two different service centers it was these guys that sorted the issue out properly. A very big thanks to Peter for his patience and diagnosis of the issue-it is really great customer service as I do know at times it is really hard to spare time in a busy work place, much credit to you.To Josh, much thanks for always being so obliging when we ring. It is not that you know us, as each time I ring you just simply say bring it in and we will try to sort it out for you, and you are very fair on pricing. Thankyou.
