At Breakthru Raymond Terrace we deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that is person centric and goal orientated. We have a wide range of services in NDIS support and work together and Disability Employment Services (DES) to provide the best quality support for you and your loved ones.
Breakthru Raymond Terrace is right in the center of town, a short walk from the Hunter River, and it’s inside the Raymond Terrace Library. It’s an open and shared office space where we offer ongoing support for people with disabilities.
