As with most law firms, this one is no exception. I asked for a specific document to be drawn up and was given the wrong document. Upon trying to clarify if this document was the correct one, I was told I had to pay an additional hourly cost for the discussion, even though it was their mistake. I declined, stating I shouldn't have to pay more for the wrong document which should have been corrected in the first place. They never sent me the correct document and I still had to pay for the incorrect one they gave me. I would strongly advise against using this law firm for anything you require, they are not trustworthy and very hard to work with. If you need proof, just go into their office yourself and see how small and disorganized they are.
