Guys BE AWARE of the brake plus in Dandenong on 14 Lonsdale St, Dandenong VIC 3175. Call them and they will give you a quote and when you go there, they will bill you with anything and then argue we never quote on the phone. I gave them 2 second hand tyres and asked them specifically to replace the rear tyres of my car as they were wearing out. When I went back to get my car the rear tyres were still the same and they had replaced the front tyres which were in really good condition. When I asked them why they did that, they said the Bob Jane guy did it (I was never told my car will be sent to Bob Jane). I then had to go to Bob Jane to ask this question. Bob Jane said they were instructed to change the front 2 tyres. I asked to show me the tyres that came out of my car and they showed me some really bogus tyres which were not at all from my car. After half an hour of arguments Bob Jane guy showed me the video of the guy changing tyres on my car. Well it showed he changed the tyres which is fine but where does it show that he took out my good tyres which were not that old. What a scam,,, Guys beware stand in front of your car when you get your tyres replaced or even mark them secretly. I am now with 2 tyres that are in OK condition which replaced my good tyres and my other 2 tyres that needed replacement are still on my car. Shame on these Bob Jane and Brake Plus guys to do such ridiculous things when people trust them to do their job for which they are charging.
