How stupit 7.30pm people are inside i walked inside to use the toilet wouldnt let us use the toilet wouldnt let about 4 people use the toilet how stupit wont be visiting here again

My husband uses this servo almost daily and this afternoon put $20 worth of petrol into his car to get him home to Lithgow after work. Unfortunately he realised he left his bank card with me and credit card at home and was unable to pay for his fuel. He then went into the servo to resolve the issue. The woman behind the counter was not interested in any resolution that didn't involve paying immediately, leaving the car there until payment could be made or calling the police. None helpful given we live in Lithgow with no alternative means of travel nor were the options helpful in resolving the situation for themselves. We then called and spoke to Bathurst Police ourselves who were fantastic and instructed us on what we could do; they were sympathetic and had been in the situation themselves as many have before us. We left and returned within two hours to make the payment. On returning we were told by the same counter woman that she had reported my husband to police as a filling and leaving case. At no time did he fill and leave!! He didn't fill the tank, it was $20 worth!! He was open about his situation and tried to suggest some reasonable options that neither the counter woman, and later the manager, were interested in. My husband was also wearing a work uniform with his work logo clearly printed. The staff are completely devoid of having any common sense and in our opinion are quite half witted!! Wouldn't it have been better to use proper judgement and think; this guy works locally, he's approached us honestly, has offered some options and asked questions wouldn't it be best for everyone to give him a chance and say look can we see your licence and record the details, we'll give you 24hrs to pay and after that time we will have to report you to police? Disgraceful BP Raglan, we will be going elsewhere in future!!
