Bp Archerfield Truckstop, Rocklea, QLD

From interstate. Do have a BP card. Nowhere to park a single let alone a Bdouble. Signs say no Qld registered trailers to be unhitched. Place full of Qld registered trailers and rigids. Would have had breakfast and a shower but is a truck garage not a truck stop. Not good enough. Once again Line haul and Interstaters being screwed over.

Not happy. We are BP customers and spend about $5000 per week at BP service stations around se Qld, including Archerfield. I drove from Rockhampton today, with the plan of fuelling up, having a shower and some tea. I get to Archerfield and nowhere to park a bdouble. There are, however, plenty of un hitched trailers taking up parking spots. Now I'm sitting in a back street with no shower and no dinner getting eaten by mozzies. Not very happy.

Being eating at the truck stop for years lately I have been there every night to have a feed with my family.I came down to the bp on Friday the 31/5/13 around the 6.30pm mark.I ordered tea and we ask for chips with them and we were told $2.00 extra for each one that's fine as I have done this in the past and never a problem.until this night when our food arrive out and there were stuff all chips on the plates.when I question the lady she was very rude even in front of my family.and she said she was only the cook.i have the pictures to back this up and I would like current affairs to look at this.i also have the receipt in which I spent $40.00 at this place and if you do your sums at every night that adds up to a bit of money.i would like some one from manège meant to contact myself about this matter.that is if yous do care for the drivers 0458112353 thankyou
