Very disgusted in the service offered by the male attended. We have used this service station for 10 years. The male who works on a Sunday is rude and unproductive. I would appreciate management contacting me. A couple of months ago I got out and fueled up for my husband who has major health issues. I was accused of being a drive off. He was rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers. My only comment to him was I come her all the time. He rudely replied I've never seen you. Today he was on again. It took 7 minutes for the pump to be turned on. 3 customers waiting. Then when you go to pay he is rude in tone, smug and drinks out of a can whilst servicing you. It's a bit sad after 10 years, but I think I will drive the extra few kms and fill up at bp yamanto. The boys there are certainly a lot nicer.

Very unfriendly staff, only the older women who are making the coffee are nice. I feel very unwelcome.

I was dissapointed today at your customer service and false advertising. Your diesel price advertised out front was not the same as on the pump. When I queried this with the female console operator, she said it was different quality Diesel, and they were allowed to advertise a lower price than on the pump, and it wasn't her problem. The customer behind me in the queue was also going to query the diesel pricing and after hearing the console operaters attitude said she wouldnt be coming back.... to which the consol operator replied she couldn't care less. The diesel with the lower price was located around the side and it was not marked in any way that it was the cheaper diesel. My reccomendation to management at BP Amberley is some customer service training for your staff member and consistent pricing of your fuel. Next time I fill up at your service station, I am expecting friendly service and the same price out front as on the pump, otherwise its an email to consumer affairs.

Great fresh food and nice big dining room.
