They will proceed to do very expensive work only to fix nothing and make up excuses. that fault should have come up on the cam inspection as it did with the next plumber. They should know whay and what a shovel or “concrete saw!” Is hitting ground for. if you questioning why they dug a 6ft hole and replaced a pipe for no reason and why they disfigured your home they will become belligerent over the phone despite even knowing which plumber performed the work. They will lie and find it amusing theyll make sure you know you’ll pay no matter if they messed up but will offer a slight discount to check again. they will leave and hide rubble and trash on site. they will also threatened litigation for reviews on google. Give them a miss if you value your sanity
