Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are Masters or Honours‑qualified experts in dietetics and feeding therapy, recognised by the Australian government, including within the NDIS and broader healthcare system. Unlike the unregulated titles “nutritionist” or “dietitian,” APDs meet strict national standards and are registered Allied Health professionals.
As Medicare providers, we can accept GP care plans to support people managing a wide range of medical conditions. Our areas of interest include digestive health, disability, eating disorders, neurodivergence, women’s health, and food intolerances – and we’re trained to support individuals across all life stages.
Many of our clients come to us after trying fad diets or tracking every macro, only to find it exhausting and unsustainable. We’re committed to helping you reach your health goals through practical, compassionate, and sustainable nutrition care that genuinely fits your life.
