Our team of highly skilled and experienced personal trainers will provide training for all levels of fitness with our cost-effective Small Group Training and Corporate Training Programs. We specialise in Intense Cardio Exercise (I.C.E.), Focused Intense Resistance Exercise (F.I.R.E.) as well as Nutrition Coaching, Corporate Programs and Online Nutrition. Although we are based in Port Melbourne, we have clients from all surrounding areas such as South Melbourne, Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Albert Park, Middle Park, Southbank, Yarraville, Footscray and St Kilda.
