Had a delivery tracking as in transport ready for drop off, which has taken 1 day (& state on their site it should take 1 day) previously then turned into 4 days!!. Called southport and the lady said it will be delivered by 5pm. Waited, 4.15pm I tried to call just to check in, rang out. I continued to call & suddenly the package tracking changed to being at depot, not in transport any more. Kept trying to call, all ringing out with no opportunity to leave a message. I Wanted to see if I could pick it up from the depot. With no luck to the Southport office, i called the head office in Western Australia, they stated they could only sent an email, not call their own team and the team there are probably done because it was 4.30pm and they close at 5pm. Terrible! Terrible service!!!
