For this reason, we will provide you with a fitness and healthy eating program to help even the most novice exerciser to get started. With a background in professional body building and experience exercising in gyms, John knows how to provide the best training equipment, environment and facility to make your exercise experience a positive one. We recognise that everybody has individual needs, and everybody makes different choices to suit their ever-changing lives. Some people are self motivated to achieve certain goals. Others need support and inspiration to guide them through. We provide programs, facilities and services to ensure our members get the most out of their membership.
Getting Started – Our friendly staff will provide you with all the information needed to get you off to a solid start. Our qualified instructors can take you through a structured workout.
