Located in Paddington, Brisbane we are a unique women's health, pregnancy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy studio who have passion and experience working with women at any age or walk of life!
If you are expecting a new addition to your family, have recently had a baby, are dealing with pelvic floor issues, or have a passion for natural movement (we also do this!) we would love to see you!
Our practitioners are uniquely qualified and experienced incorporating a whole body, big-picture approach in order to meet your goals and needs. We have experience resolving pelvic floor issues such as Incontinence, Diastasis Recti, and Pelvic, Hip, and Back Pain. We also have a strong focus and experience with pregnancy - whether its prenatal preparation, or getting back to what you love safely postpartum.
