Disgusting care and neglectful do not take your animals here. They were aware of a kennel cough out break and only informed us when we collected our animals one of our dogs fell ill and her belly was covered in flea eggs. They also destroyed her coat deshedding her I assume to remove further flea eggs. I witnessed the owner return my cats biscuits to the main storage container which is a cross contamination risk and probably do the same with the dog food which I is most likely why they hadn't contained the kennel cough outbreak after weeks. All 3 of my animals came home severely depressed our cat lost s substantial amount of weight while in their care and was only given newspaper in his litter tray which was not acceptable. We are off to the vets tomorrow and hoping all 3 don't end up sick. We will also be contacting the department of primary industries
