Company description

Looking for a great carpet cleaner in Melbourne? Black Gold Carpet Cleaning Melbourne is a professional carpet cleaning service offering friendly and affordable carpet cleaning to all residential and commercial carpet cleaning customers throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
Our professionally fully trained and IICRC qualified carpet cleaning technicians will come to your home or office, do a walk through with you to inspect the carpet and point out any issues they think may affect the cleaning outcome, they will then pre treat spots and stains, and extract (steam clean) followed by a rinse to prevent rapid re soiling, deodourise your carpet and then do a final inspection walk through with you to make sure you are happy with the job.
All of our work is covered by a genuine. 100% satisfaction guarantee - we are not happy until you are! We offer good, old fashioned customer service, the kind of customer service sadly missing in many businesses today. However our equipment and techniques are far from old fashioned! We offer both a truck mounted carpet cleaning system and a portable machine, for properties with restricted access. So no matter where you are in Melbourne, we can offer a system suited to your type of residence or office.
We care about Melbourne and the planet so we try to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing local Melbourne manufacturers and suppliers for our cleaning supplies. Most of the products we use are bio degradable and environmentally friendly - so they are safe for your carpet, your family and your pets.
Our other services at Black Gold Carpet Cleaning Melbourne, include, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, leather furniture cleaning, water damage restoration, tile & grout cleaning and stain removal.
