well.. where do i start. have been here for 20 years, i am a unit owner/residier. - most of the past building managers were good, it's just recently it's not so much the building managers, but more so the committee and the lack of information. We are paying our Body corporate bills but there seems to be hardly any work being done with regards to the maintenance to the grounds. The grounds atm actually look more of a junk yard tbh. BCS in southport is not helping either. Surely there must be some guidelines here. The new building managers don't realise that this is a full time gig, - as they seem to be here 2 or 3 times a week, and don't really do much. Do not buy in this complex. It used to be good, but gone to sh&T house now. Thanks
