Beveridge's Mitre10, Warners Bay, NSW

Beveridge Building Products Pty Ltd is a second generation family owned business currently owned and operated by Martin and Dianne Rauch. Dianne’s parents George and Lilwyn Beveridge started Beveridge's from humble beginnings, more than 50 years ago. The current site at 371 Hillsborough Rd Warners Bay was developed a little over 25 years ago. From this location Beveridge’s was the distributor for CSR plasterboard products (as well as continuing to supply reinforcing steel) in the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. The decision was made to further expand the business at Hillsborough Rd Warners bay and this was the beginning of the association with Mitre10. In 1998 Martin Rauch moved his rapidly growing company, "Warners Bay Bricks", into the Hillsborough Road premises running alongside Beveridge’s. The huge display area at the front is a feature of Beveridge Building Products that was constructed at this time. The two companies were amalgamated as Beveridge Building Products Pty Ltd and this added a whole range of products including bricks, pavers, retaining walls, roof tiles, timber trusses and windows. In 2003 plant and equipment was purchased to produce wet cast large format pavers which are now being produced on site and distributed through more than 25 distributors into Sydney, Newcastle and country NSW. The product Quarrystone specialises in products for the landscaping and pool surround market. In 2012 Beveridge Building Products introduced a new division, Beveridge Roofing Solutions. This division specialises in the installation of new tile or metal roofs, stripping and replacing old roofs and supplying and installing metal fascia and gutter.
