I spent nearly $1000 with this business. My condition has not improved. They charge $80 for a 10-minute (if that) manual adjustment, in a glass room, open door, where everyone can see you and hear you and your chiro talk about private health issues. Oh, and you have to clean the bed yourself and put the tissue paper on the opening for your face. They do not offer to process your health rebate-you have to do that yourself; never been to a business in the last 10 years who did not offer this, it is standard technology. Today I went to a Physiotherapist who relieved my symptoms and gave me exercises to do to help me. They processed my rebate and after 30 minutes of treatment including a deep tissue massage, I was out of pocket only $67, and I have some improvement already. In my case, this was a complete waste of money. The only positive, in my experience, was that the staff were nice.

I have had back problems for 35 yrs and have had virtually every treatment available. I heard of Better Backs from a happy patient & at that time, I had not been able to take a satisfying deep breath in for over 3 months due to the pain I was suffering. About 7 hours following the first treatment, the most painful position on my back simply released & for the first time in months, I took a full lung full in. I was & am overjoyed with the results. The regular treatments have brought steady relief. There are times when I feel the treatment has brought out pain I experienced years ago, it is like going back in time. A second scan revealed a huge change in my nervous systems functioning, I knew it would due to the ever widening relief I was experiencing. Surprisingly,I have even begun to drive without my glasses, as my neck has responded so effectively to this treatment. When I walk, I now feel balanced, straight, strong & proud that I took the plunge to try this easy & non invasive treatment. I don't know how it works, I just know it does. I now wake up & get out of bed without pain, I start my day so differently than just 2 months ago, doing productive pursuits again. I had carpal tunnel syndrome & needed an operation on my left hand, crochet was out of the question...however, I have just begun to crochet again, without any problems. I would recommend everyone find Better Backs can send you pain away, rejuvenate your spines flexibility, free you of headaches, improve your balance & deportment. I feel like I have had years taken off my life. All thanks to Better Backs :) THANK YOU for all your brilliant work.:)
