Bent on Food is a café restaurant and specialty regional food store that was developed almost 10 years ago as a permanent outlet to promote regional produce from the Mid North Coast of NSW. Local produce inspires the café menu and fills the shelves of the store with tasty foodstuffs for customers to take home. Customers can also get their cooking skills up to scratch at the Bent on Cooking School – where there are classes for kids too. Local musicians are supported, with regular live music at the cafe. In the kitchen garden, families can enjoy a meal, chase a chicken, pick a flower or help to gather some herbs. Bent is the most awarded business in the Manning Valley with National, State and Regional awards in business, tourism and restaurant/catering. Bent is a popular hub for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, and a contemporary restaurant for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.
