We also specialise in high quality, safe Physiotherapist-led Pilates and use this extensively in our spinal, sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation with our patients, as well as having specially-trained Physiotherapists in the area of Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates. Aside from individually tailored 1-1 sessions, we have the most comprehensive programme of Pilates classes provided by Physios here in Sydney’s CBD, offering over 35 classes a week.
Bend + Mend Physiotherapists regularly liaise with Sydney sports, orthopaedic and neurological specialists, as well as GPs, to ensure that our patients receive exactly the right type and level of treatment.
