I went in to purchase a pair of pants and the lady was so rude, first I rang to inquire and she was so rude on the phone and abrupt anyway I still brushed it off and went in to get the same reception again! I use to go there all the time when my kids were at school and the staff were great and helpful ended up driving further to another place where the staff were lovely and helpful 🙂 some people should not be in customer service!
