Bejjani Smash Repairs, Auburn, NSW

Originally came to get my car resprayed and was done well. Paint was bubbling around headlights but I trusted Andre's word that it was a problem with my front bumper bar. Came back 3 years later to get some rust that started appearing fixed. Took a month to start and half finished within a week. Communication was like I was living in the 50s. Wouldn't answer calls or reply to text messages and would have to drive to his shop just to talk to him, in which he would give me the excuse of "I'm so flat out" and get very impatient with me. Which I said "that's ok just please keep me updated don't go all quiet" in which he'd respond to saying "my phone is always ringing". Anyways... I picked it up assuming all work I had asked to be done, to be done. Was told that a plastic section of my car (near the windscreen) cracked and "that happens with these cars" which I know is a lie because I've removed this part over 5 times. He used the wrong clips which caused it to crack. None the less, I said it was okay and not to worry about it. I mean come on man, don't you see how I was so chill when you'd obviously break something. There are more instances of that inside my car, broken clips, misaligned trim pieces and improper installation of driver side door card as shown in the photo. 2 weeks later I checked the rusty section that I was told was repaired I.e under the rear washer jet and on the fender. It wasn't... I took a photo and heard nothing. I called the office and Andre answered I told him the issue and he said he'll call me back. He called me back and instead of apologising or being understanding he blasted me and told me to "piss off" and that the job is "a b**ls**t waste of time". He called me "a w**rdo" for messaging him. He was shouting at me on the phone like I did something wrong. He continued to be aggressive and swore multiple times at me said that I'm again a "waste of time" and that "I don't do these kind of jobs" and to "f**k off". He swore multiple times at me was very aggressive and then hung up in my face. I gave him a job to do I asked him to a range of tasks which I made sure he wrote down in his book. He didn't do those tasks as he prioritised other jobs over mine. My car was sitting outside for a month before he even started. I was patient with him but apparently that's not good enough. I trusted that he did all the work before I paid him but I got burnt. To call me and getting aggressive towards me because of something you couldn't do is beyond me. To verbally abuse a customer who has been so understanding and patient is something that I'll never understand. I originally had a five star review for this place and I had known about Bejjani through some friends. He did help me out in terms of getting the car resprayed and that's why I wasnt fussed and insisted on paying extra to fix the rust. I'd rather pay a bit extra just to make sure a job is done... If he was nicer and more professional I would've kept the review but honestly it was very disappointing to see how I was treated. I've referred him multiple times to people who ask me for smash repairers and will have to now change my opinion about Andre. Any other customer would have wanted the rust to be fixed free of charge. I spoke to so many people about it and they all said to take it back and tell them to fix it for free because that's a problem with their preparation work. I didn't... I didn't mind paying. I didn't want to leave a bad review but after hearing the words coming out of Andre's mouth to me, a 21 year old bloke, it was uncanny. He is probably going through some stuff which doesn't excuse the behaviour but I'll forgive him. I understand that he may have forgotten to do those small things
