Beetle Exchange, Fyshwick, ACT

Beetle exchange do NOT even desserve 1 star. I bought a ford focus off them A few weeks ago. Second day i had it i went to go to the shops and it wouldnt start. So i rang beetle exchange and spoke to d***i think his name is. D*** is the most rude, argumentive, a****** i have EVER MET... Eventually they fixed it but In the description it stated near new tyres, major service jusy completed, excellent condition and will also come with an act or nsw roadworthy. The front tyres were bald, it never had a major service nor did it come with a roadworthy. So i rang them back and asked why would they false advertise it amd i want all those things completed. D***s response "if you paid $9,200 for the car instead of $8,000 that car would have been in perfect condition" then he hung up. So a week later i went to a trusted and honest mechanic for a full mechanical inspection. Turns out left and right hand wheel bearing minor noise, break shutter front & rear (classed as unsafe), front cranksharft/balancer seal broken and leaking, both front shock absorbers burst and leaking oil.. And since they have not replied to my emails i had to take this further to fair trading. Two days after emailing beetle exchange, i woke up to a smashed back window. Not pointing fingers or anything but doesnt that seem a little suspicious.. Please anyone out there DO NOT GO TO BEETLE EXCHANGE FYSHWICK FOR ANYTHING. To think my sister was drove the car with my two little neices in there. I hope nobody goes through what i have been through this past 3 to 4 week due to them. Also they got a safety inspection done on it from a place in kembla street in fyshick and still to this day i dont know how it passed.. Its absloutely discusting that a company that has been open for 31 years would treat their customers in such a way. You would think they would know better than this...
