i was happy with the service until the matress was placed on the new bed-looks terrible as it much to high for the bed base. I rang to complain that the matress was far to high. Was told that no one had ever complained before. Bascically its a gel matress with an extra 4inches of hieght-which make is farr to high for a bed base that is not made for that matress. I should have been asked how high the bed base was and had it pointed out that it would the finished prodcut far to high. thanks for 15 years of a rediculous looking bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
