We are a small family owned business who have been supplying firstly the Tasmanian and then Australian window furnishing industry with quality custom made curtains and blinds since 1984. Our first store from 1984-1993 was a country general store Strides Department Store in Huonville in the Huon Valley (apple country... now more cherries than apples!) selling many products including curtains and blinds. I was smitten and in 1989 we expanded and moved into Kingston just south of Hobart, albeit a much larger town than Huonville, and opened Home Finishing Touches a specialist window furnishing and decorator store.
